The Masquerade at Rosewood Estate is your invitation to stop “imagining the scene” and actually live it. We’ll even give you the main-character upgrade: a little ball in the ballroom (try not to cry into your mask).

What to expect
ROSEWOOD ESTATE
Our estate is a spacious riverside home along the Chesapeake designed for main-character living: big gathering spaces, cozy corners for reading sprints, and plenty of room for getting ready, winding down, and making magic together. Think mystery, candle light, and a house that can hold both your quiet and your chaos.
ROOMS:
Sleeping options range from shared kings and queens to solo bunk twins —with choices that make it easy to come solo, come with a bestie, or meet new friends in the most “found family” way possible.
If you'd like to buy out an entire bed or entire room, feel free to reach out to us at bardicbookclub@gmail.com and we'll adjust pricing for you.
FOOD:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and general beverages (coffee, water, soda) are included in your ticket—plus our beloved Snack Altar (always stocked) and sweet treats/ice cream nights because we are not animals.
Any food purchased out and about during off-site excursions is on you. You’re also welcome to bring personal snacks/drinks and keep them in the kitchen as space allows.
TRAVEL:
You’re responsible for getting yourself to and from the Manor on arrival/departure. Once you’re on-site, we’ll coordinate shuttle/carpool support for any scheduled off-site shoots or activities when needed.
CREATIVE PHOTO LEGACY PACKAGE

This retreat is intentionally designed around Creative Legacy: not just documenting what happened, but crafting images that feel like you lived a book.
Throughout the week, you’ll have built-in opportunities for editorial-style photo moments—the kind that make your cosplay (or your “soft romantasy main character look”) feel like it stepped off the page.
